Re-Zoning a Residential Tract to RV Use
DGA and partner Don Westphal & Associates teamed together to assist a Virginia land development group in developing an RV resort business plan and securing the re-zoning and permitting for the eventual development of a 1000 site RV recreational resort on a major river in the Tidewater area near Jamestown and Williamsburg. Gorin & Westphal developed the business model and site plan, created an amenity plan and presented the plans to the County Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors. The plan has been approved.
